I offer Vinyasa and Restorative classes. Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one pose to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga almost like a dance.
Restorative Yoga is the practice of asanas(poses), each held for longer than in a conventional yoga class, often with the support of props such as folded blankets, bolsters, and/or blocks to help relax the body. Most of it is on the floor with limited movement. A very meditative form of yoga almost like an "adult nap." My absolute favorite!!!
